My journey into the realm of the Bachelor's Degree in the fine kingdom of Academia is nearly finished. Through the course of my adventure I have slain many test and essay demons, tamed a few dragons of the word-riddled variety, and heard the teachings of many a fine and wise Instructor.
I am glad that it is nearly done. I am not certain how long I will take before I embark on the next degree, but I am much closer to becoming a Professor now than I was when I began. I would like to thank all of my Instructors and Classmates for their myriad discussions in all subjects. Despite how difficult the coursework was to keep up with I also have a much better understanding of myself and the world.
Very soon I will be publishing Jo Anne Spiese's "A Witch's Prayerbook," a collection of poems, prayers, and devotions that we have been working on for some time now. I look forward to returning to my regular work flow.
Thank you all for your patience.

Some rather big news
Teresa Garcia (or Teresa Amehana Garcia / Amehana Arashi) is a rural Northern California mountain woman. Art supplies are at premium in a house of artists. She has health, intermittent mobility, and nerve pain issues which she pushes through as well as possible, in order to complete her tasks. With a busy autistic son she does not always have enough time for her own projects, and her work projects often eclipse her own personal projects.
Teresa writes mainly fantasy. Her works include poetry, short stories, and novels. She also paints, narrates on ACX, illustrates, fiddles about with ASMR readings, Reiki Master, Priestess, and is open for commission. She writes challenges for the online browser based role play of Dragon Hearts (which don’t always get coded) and administrates for Dreaming Twilight in SL. She volunteers time as curator for on-line libraries overseeing live and pre-recorded programs. She also is one of the administrators for the Nisa/Dreaming Twilight role play group and helps develop the lore for their program. In addition she is the owner/operator of THG StarDragon Publishing and a co-owner of Dragon Hearts RPG.

"My Family Is Different" is nearly ready.
I just recently got the cover art in for Jessica Marie Baumgartner's children's picture book, "My Family is Different." This is the last item that I was waiting on before I could get the proof run started. I am very excited as this is the first children's picture book through us. In this book we meet a little girl that tells us how her family is different, and a bit about the families of her friends. Even though they are different they all get along, and a beautiful picture is painted of the world religions is painted through the book. Laura Winship-Fanaei's illustrations fit the tone of the book precisely.

Selkies' Skins: Castle and Well print cover reveal
The art for the print edition's cover was delivered to me on the 17th, St Paddy's day. There have been a few complications at home that slowed getting the text elements laid onto it...but it is ready and the proof will be on the way very soon.
For those that would like a poster version of the artwork without the bookcover's textual elements, it is available on Zazzle to purchase for $19.90. Proceeds from any sales of the poster art will be split between myself and the artist, Samantha Buckley.

Selkies' Skins #1: Castle and Well ebook release
Today is the long awaited (finally) release day for the ebook editions of the first book in the "Selkies' Skins" series, "Castle and Well." The print edition is still awaiting receipt of the cover art from Samantha Buckley, but it is hoped that it will arrive soon.
Kirsty has little choice in her fate, only how it will manifest. There are tests to pass, a place that she may have to occupy prematurely if her visions prove true, and a need to earn her sealskin to be complete. Will Etain return safe to port, and will Kirsty survive her training and test? There are complications along the way, will she be able to stay on the course she's trying to set? In this first book of what is intended to be a trilogy Kirsty must ultimately go down the Lady's well for the first of her tests of fitness, while also having to balance school, family, and a certain young lad.
For additional side stories, please look in the Selkies' Skins Wavelets stories.
It is also author Teresa Garcia's birthday today. On the 13th was author Marantha D. Jenelle's (she is missed) and also cover artist Victoria "Salaiek" Davis.

"Ornaments" and "Pearls of Sea and Stone: Book of Seals" from the Selkies' Skins universe of stories have been uploaded to Amazon and should go live in the next few days. These are optional adjuncts to go with Selkies' Skins that do not fit in the novel series, yet give a bit of additional depth to the lives of the Makays.
