This episode contains several haiku that I had written this past Haiku Month, as well as a reading of The Woman in Green from "Strange Stories from the Lodge of Leisures," a public domain book available on Gutenberg.org. A goddess visits a man, but what is her true form? A dragonfly is fleeting, and what is the expression of a divine love?

FFF #32: Haiku Month readings part 1 and The Woman In Green
Teresa Garcia (or Teresa Amehana Garcia / Amehana Arashi) is a rural Northern California mountain woman. Art supplies are at premium in a house of artists. She has health, intermittent mobility, and nerve pain issues which she pushes through as well as possible, in order to complete her tasks. With a busy autistic son she does not always have enough time for her own projects, and her work projects often eclipse her own personal projects.
Teresa writes mainly fantasy. Her works include poetry, short stories, and novels. She also paints, narrates on ACX, illustrates, fiddles about with ASMR readings, Reiki Master, Priestess, and is open for commission. She writes challenges for the online browser based role play of Dragon Hearts (which don’t always get coded) and administrates for Dreaming Twilight in SL. She volunteers time as curator for on-line libraries overseeing live and pre-recorded programs. She also is one of the administrators for the Nisa/Dreaming Twilight role play group and helps develop the lore for their program. In addition she is the owner/operator of THG StarDragon Publishing and a co-owner of Dragon Hearts RPG.

Website Updated, and Podcast Uploaded
Regarding the Main Web Site
The main website has been updated and the publication catalogs made current. It will now be easier for me to update when new things need to be added. Also on the main site itself I have added a specific page to list all the print, ebook, or audiobook projects I have taken part in either as a staff member of another publisher or as a freelancer. I have done this in the spirit of cross promotion as every time a copy of those titles finds another reader or listener is goo for all parties concerned in the production. If I have taken part in a project of yours and you want it listed please feel free to contact me.
Since the main site is now able to be more dynamic you will notice the links in the side of this blog changing as I work through choosing what to redirect, collapse, or delete. My goal is to tie them together more organically.
Podcast Episode
I have not had a chance to write any flash fictions that I am satisfied with, although I have been submitted another provocative one by Maxaxle that it slated for next week. This week I have chosen to release an episode reading from Arthur Waley's translation of "One Hundred Seventy Chinese Poems" or "170 Chinese Poems" which is freely available on Gutenberg.org.http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/42290
Entry and exit music clips are from Spynge's "Moonset" used under Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed)

Flash Fiction Fridays #12: Parting, This is Nisa (Latest Revision), and The Seer

#Singularity #AlternateWorlds #Dimensionality
This Friday I present three flash fictions. Two of them are by a guest, one Aria Wolfram or Lacy Musketeer. The third is my own.
Parting by Aria Wolfram: Nisean lore has always hinged around what disaster befell the original inhabitants of the country in the universe I first entered Nisa from, and long been tied into alternate realities and timelines. In this tale we learn one version of how Ar'ia first enters one of several concurrent versions of Nisa wherein anthro versions of Raikou and Horin rule Ibexia (and adopt her in adulthood) and what that entry looked like from the point of view of her father when she enters the singularity. Or perhaps it could be said the spirits of those who would take physical incarnation to later be the duo. There are alternate theories one could spin from this as well.
This is Nisa by Aria Wolfram: I also recommend listening to the original version of the tale as recorded for the MLP world version that she wrote, as recorded by Illya Leonov. She agreed to let me record and share her tale providing that I utilize the version for the currently enacted timeline wherein the denizens tend toward anthro and less toward the MLP based version Nisa was originally held to based on the universe rp was at the time done within (back when it interacted with Roanoak before the Changeling massacre and later the Canterlot bombing when that timeline was communally abandoned and "stored").
For posterity, Illya Leonov's recording of the first version: http://www.soundcloud.com/illya-leonov
You can visit Nisa and Ibexia as well as several other parcels owned and maintained by the Dreaming Twilight in the Second Life sim of Ontario.
The Seer by Teresa Garcia: A Seer of indeterminate age attempts to share what is most dear and wondrous with you. But what is your reaction to her world?

Upcoming Interview Series
I will be doing a series of interviews that will be going up on the podcast, youtube, and here on the blog. The subjects are kind folks that I have worked with or read. It is my hope to interview each author I've illustrated for with Pen It Publications, those that have published with me here at THG StarDragon Publishing, and the creator of Dragon Hearts. I intend to have space for self published authors, editors, illustrators, freelancers, narrators, and publishers themselves as well. So far I have received back two to be recorded. I will be sending questions out to others on my list and hope that this will create a great resource for those who are thinking about stepping into some aspect of the world of publishing, no matter who they end up with out of all the houses or even self publishing. I am not sending them all out at once to make it less likely to be snowed under by the list. These first two (three soon I hope) will be great examples for others as to what to expect. Most importantly it helps shine a little light on individuals that I believe deserve to have themselves and their work talked about. If you fall in any of these categories and are interested in being interviewed then please contact me.

Podcasting upcoming
The Flash Fiction Fridays recordings will be turned into a podcast for the interested. It is my intent to have them on Google Play and iTunes. As time goes forward I hope to bundle a flash fiction, a review, and perhaps either a guest poem/story, depending on the week. Those interested in submitting their work for inclusion or shout outs are welcome to contact me. It is a fledgling, but springs from a comment long ago inquiring why I wasn't doing the library readings as a podcast.
What does this mean?
It means that when I post for the Flash Fiction Fridays entries there will be options posted to listen via the audio only podcast in addition to those that like having a video backdrop or prefer to stick with the Youtube channel.

Podcast: Moey's Big Back Yard
Do you remember the dog book I illustrated for? You can meet the author in this podcast. I am so ecstatic that the interviewer termed the art as "whimsical" as that is exactly what I was aiming for.
